Church of England

Good Friday is the day when Christians remember the crucifixion of Jesus. It's the most solemn day of the year, and most services which are held will have a sense of reverence, quiet and loss.

Good Friday's colour is RED though some churches may use black or not use colour at all.

The story of the crucifixion can be found in:

  • Matthew 27
  • Mark 15
  • Luke 23
  • John 19
