IX12 interns are placed in a variety of situations throughout Carlisle diocese, where most of them will do ministry with and among children and young people, alongside some form of fresh expressions ministry. In addition to serving in a Church, IX12 interns also gather them regurlarly for training days and there are three "retreats" throughout the year for fellowship, reflection, processing and teaching.
