The Diocese of Manchester is looking to appoint an Early Years Worker who will ensure Early Years ministry is resourced effectively within our deaneries, Mission Communities, parishes, churches and schools. The ideal candidate will have:

• significant experience of working within early years settings or with early years children
• experience of leading worship with early years children
• a real appreciation for new ways of being church
• excellent communication skills
• an up to date knowledge of the subject area and skills in training delivery
