St Thomas’ Church, Fair Oak & Horton Heath, is looking for a Youth Minister to join their ministry team. The position bridges the gap between youth work and wider Church ministry. The sucessful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of their Youth Ministry, and will possess the pastoral skills to nurture and encourage young people in their church and the surrounding community to grow in their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.  As part of the leadership of the Church they will also take a role within the wider ministry of St Tom’s.
